About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Project Manager to join our team at Richmond Day. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing digital projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and writers, to deliver high-quality digital projects.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all digital projects meet the highest quality standards, including testing, quality assurance, and deployment.
  • Communication: Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in managing digital projects, including site builds, e-commerce, B2B application development, microsites, and maintenance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French and/or German are an asset).
  • Experience working with production tools and other development software, including JIRA or similar.
  • Experience in managing project tasks and teams from start-to-finish, while liaising with technical team members, partners, and suppliers.
