Role Overview:
We're seeking a proactive, solutions-driven Account/Project Management Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a crucial role in driving our clients' digital marketing initiatives and fostering excellence. Your strong project management skills, specifically in utilizing tools like Asana, will be key to navigating our high-performing teams through various projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee and drive digital marketing projects, balancing priorities and requirements of different stakeholders, while meeting deadlines and budgetary constraints.
- Client Relations: Serve as a point of contact for our portfolio of clients, helping to build strong relationships, understanding their unique needs, and ensuring our services align with their objectives.
- Agency Collaboration: Liaise with third-party agencies to facilitate seamless project execution and high client satisfaction.
- Project Management Tool Mastery: Effectively use Asana or similar project management tools to monitor project progress, manage team tasks, and report on project outcomes.
- Financial Stewardship: Oversee project-related financial operations, monitor expenses, and ensure alignment with company standards and policies.
- Quality Assurance: Champion the delivery of high-quality project outcomes by implementing rigorous quality control processes.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Coordinate and facilitate regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, upcoming initiatives, and operational challenges.
- Regularly interact with clients, presenting project updates, handling inquiries, and seeking feedback.
- Oversee daily team operations, providing guidance and support as necessary.
- Manage and update project schedules and work plans in Asana.
- Regularly report to upper management on project progress and financial status.
- Constantly assess risks and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-5+ years of experience in a digital agency environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in using Asana or similar project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both internally and client-facing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.

Salary and Benefits:
The full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience. 7 Knots Digital offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes profit-sharing, healthcare, dental, vision, competitive PTO, and a 401k (non-matching) option. The role is 100% remote, requiring availability during Eastern Standard Time (9 am - 5 pm EST).
