Position Overview

The Security Team Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of security personnel within a security guard agency. This role involves ensuring the safety and security of the premises and coordinating activities among various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Emergency Management: Act as the primary contact for addressing emergency situations effectively.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with other units to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports and other relevant documentation.
  • Problem Resolution: Address work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Supervision: Oversee, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Training: Instruct staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and organizational policies.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize team performance.
Supervisory Scope

Responsible for supervising a team of security guards, typically ranging from 3 to 10 personnel.

Qualifications
  • Licenses: Must possess a valid Security Guard License.
  • Background Check: A criminal record check is required.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license is necessary for transportation purposes.
Work Environment

The role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the expectation of standing for extended periods.
