Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are aware of their responsibilities and are performing their duties to the highest standard.
    • Provide guidance and support to security guards, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Emergency Response
    • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety and security of our clients.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting any issues or concerns that may impact our clients' safety and security.
    • Coordinate activities with other departments, ensuring a seamless and efficient service delivery.
  • Training and Development
    • Train security guards in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Work Schedules and Procedures
    • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with our clients' needs and expectations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a security-related field.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Security Guard License.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. They will also be required to stand for extended periods and may be required to work in a variety of settings, including indoor and outdoor environments.

Language and Work Environment

The primary language of work is English, and the successful candidate will be required to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients in this language.
