Ryder Warehouse Operations Supervisor - Afternoon Shift

Position: Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Position Overview

  • Full-time employment opportunity
  • Hourly compensation: $19.50 plus shift differential
  • Work schedule: Friday through Monday
  • Weekly remuneration with direct deposit option
  • Comprehensive benefits package including RRSP, stock options, and a company-funded pension plan

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and inventory counting
  • Ensure precision in picking, packing, auditing, and the loading/unloading of transport vehicles
  • Offer technical assistance for automated packing systems during operational periods

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse setting
  • Valid forklift operator certification
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
