Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at KFC Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to meet the needs of our restaurant, ensuring that we have the right staff in place to deliver excellent service.
- Requisition Food and Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train our kitchen staff in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we minimize waste and optimize our inventory.
- Hire and Train Staff: Hire and train new staff members, ensuring that they are equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance, providing insights to management on areas for improvement.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
- Language: English.
- Hours of Work: 30 hours per week.
