Job Title: Relationship Manager

At Royal Bank of Canada, we are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Business Markets group, you will be responsible for establishing and growing long-term relationships with new and existing small business clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business sales volume and revenue opportunities through opportunity spotting and effective prospecting strategies.
  • Generate referrals and sales results while ensuring superior client care and satisfaction.
  • Build internal and external networks to capitalize on business opportunities and attract new clients.
  • Lead in risk management and exercise due diligence in all banking procedures.
  • Deliver financial advice that is value-added and apply a continuous improvement approach to achieving a superior Client First experience.
Requirements:
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships and acquire new clients through effective business development and prospecting skills.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills to manage multiple clients and priorities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
