Job Summary

The Bakery Clerk is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering customer loyalty. This role requires a professional, responsible, and accurate individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, and corporate policies.
  • Provide customer service to meet customer needs and foster customer loyalty.
  • Keep work areas clean and presentable.
  • Process customer Bakery orders and perform program execution and merchandising of product.
  • Handle and prepare Bakery products, increasing store sales by actively promoting products.
  • Participate in the training of junior staff and order and receive stock in accordance with company inventory control procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment as per Company requirements.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
