About the Role:
The Bakery Clerk is a vital team member at Thrifty Foods, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, fostering customer loyalty, and contributing to a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to meet customer needs, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process customer Bakery orders, including handling and preparing Bakery products.
- Participate in the training of junior staff, sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Adhere to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, corporate policies, and other programs and initiatives.
- Keep work area clean and presentable, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Process department shrink, maintaining inventory control procedures.
