Job Title: Sales Service Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Service Associate to join our team at London Drugs. As a Sales Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves and ensuring a visually appealing store environment
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to improve sales and customer service skills
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
