Position Overview

Renovatedly Inc is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing administrative support to our staff.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages appropriately.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring inventory is up to date.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
  • Assist in reconciling accounts and preparing trial balances.
  • Post journal entries and maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Calculate and prepare payroll cheques.
  • Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports as needed.
  • Maintain financial records and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
