Join Our Team as a Housekeeping Room Attendant

Silver Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our guest accommodations. The Room Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring that each room meets our high standards of hygiene and comfort, all while working under the guidance of the Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper. Key Responsibilities

As a Room Attendant, your primary duties will include:

  • Preparing guest rooms for cleaning.
  • Making beds according to established hotel standards.
  • Restocking guestroom and bathroom supplies.
  • Delivering and retrieving items requested by guests, such as irons and ironing boards.
  • Conducting deep cleaning tasks as needed, including carpet steaming and seasonal cleaning.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of your work area and equipment.
  • Responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Striving to exceed guest satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned.

What We Seek

  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and heavier items with assistance.
  • Capability to maneuver a loaded housekeeping cart over various surfaces.
  • Flexibility to reach, bend, twist, and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Willingness to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods throughout your shift.
  • Proficiency in handling items of different sizes and weights, requiring good hand-eye coordination.
  • Availability to work on weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
