Business Analyst - Senior

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand business opportunities and work with internal IT customers to align enterprise business objectives.
  • Elicit, document, and finalize business requirements, including processes, data, business rules, and functions.
  • Identify alternatives in the context of business opportunities and processes.
  • Support business development of end-to-end user acceptance tests and ensure business requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business, vendors, and IT teams.
  • Clearly define ideas, generate interest, and influence others in one-on-one or group settings.
  • Anticipate decision-maker responses and reasoning.
  • Foster collaborative relationships and contribute to business teams.
  • Document and share successful practices, templates, and work products.
  • Ensure project implementation meets detailed schedules, quality, and budget.
  • Develop change initiatives across multiple organizations in response to business goals, cultural needs, and partner with others to ensure success.
  • Communicate the benefits and impact of change.
  • Develop organization performance metrics.
  • Develop presentations for senior leadership audiences.
  • Apply Agile Methodology to project development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Solutions Consulting, with analytical skills and ability to support IT project delivery.
  • Experience in financial services lending industry.
  • Competent in working in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Ability to understand strategy and align tactical and strategic work.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
