Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Unique Medical Professional Corporation.

Job Summary

The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining databases. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Perform tasks such as delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Resolve conflict situations and commission systems and components.
  • Coach and monitor and evaluate staff performance.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Store, update and maintain databases.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
