Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Recruit, oversee, and schedule personnel to meet project demands.
- Project Planning: Develop and direct maintenance strategies for our landscapes.
- Resource Estimation: Assess and plan for labor and material requirements.
- Construction Oversight: Organize and manage the construction of various landscape features, including decks and walls.
- Work Supervision: Lead and manage landscape construction initiatives.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs and records of work activities.
- Contract Management: Handle tendering and administration of contracts.
- Material Procurement: Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Problem Resolution: Address work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements for productivity and quality.
- Schedule Development: Establish work schedules and operational procedures.
Focus on Landscape Construction.
QualificationsExperience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
Work EnvironmentThis position involves travel and working on various sites.
