About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team at Professional Towing Services Inc. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting vehicles to designated locations, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation and Delivery: Safely transport vehicles to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition, and perform routine maintenance tasks as required.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with dispatch, customers, and other stakeholders, using GPS and other navigation equipment as needed.
  • Documentation: Accurately complete and maintain all necessary documentation, including driver logbooks, inspection reports, and maintenance records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience as a Tow Truck Driver or in a related field is an asset.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
