Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for operating a tow truck to transport vehicles to various locations, addressing customer complaints, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to various locations
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and its equipment
  • Oversee the condition of the tow truck and its equipment, including tires, lights, brakes, and cold storage
  • Perform emergency roadside repairs and maintenance as needed
  • Transport and handle dangerous goods safely and securely
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch
  • Tarping and ensuring the safety and security of cargo
Requirements
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform the demands of the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
