Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt and storage of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate the shipment of goods to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Customs Clearance: Prepare and submit customs documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating pricing and terms.
- Inventory Control: Implement and maintain inventory control procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Employee Training: Train employees on safety standards and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety policies.
- Communication: Communicate delays or variances in inbound/outbound freight to relevant parties.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, supply chain, or related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or similar) and WMS (Produmex or similar), Microsoft Office skills.
- Certifications: Forklift Operator Certified, First Aid Certification (asset).
