Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact for our students, faculty, and staff, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our faculty and staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for our students, faculty, and staff, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with coordinating projects, events, and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Technology: Maintain and update our office technology, including software, hardware, and equipment, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
