Mushroom Cultivation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mushroom Farm Worker to join our team at Mountforest Agroproducts Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating and harvesting mushrooms in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain the crops to ensure optimal growth and quality.
- Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas.
- Cut and harvest agricultural crops, including mushrooms.
- Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce.
The successful candidate will work in a wet/damp environment with a fast-paced workload. The role requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Requirements- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Will train on the job.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- English is the primary language of communication.
