Mushroom Cultivation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team at Mountforest Agroproducts Ltd. as a Mushroom Farm Worker.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain the mushroom crops to ensure optimal growth and quality.
- Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Perform tasks such as cutting agricultural crops, hand harvesting vegetables, and mixing fertilizer to support crop growth.
- Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure a high yield and quality.
- Clean and maintain the work area to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry as needed.
The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Requirements- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but willingness to train is essential.
- Judgement, reliability, and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
- English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- 40 hours per week is the standard work schedule.
