Hotel Operations Supervisor

MAPLE CREST INN is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and preparing and submitting reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient hotel operations.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on hotel operations and performance.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
