Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the build and deployment infrastructure to maintain stability and uptime.

  • Collaborating with other teams to define and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Managing the backlog in partnership with the team and other stakeholders.
  • Championing the adoption of Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.

Compensation:

The typical salary range for this role is between $140,000 CAD and $160,000 CAD annually. The offered salary is determined by market location and may vary based on skills, experience, and internal equity. A comprehensive benefits package is included as part of the compensation.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in people management and team leadership.

  • Ability to influence across the organization beyond direct responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving organizational changes related to DevOps practices.
  • Hands-on experience with major cloud environments such as AWS and Azure, including container orchestration.
  • Proven track record in managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Familiarity with all phases of the software release lifecycle.
  • A commitment to contributing to a positive, high-functioning team, showcasing attributes such as teamwork, empathy, respect, and discretion.

We foster an environment of openness and support where all ideas and opinions are valued, and teamwork is essential for success.
