Job Description

Executive Director of Education

Bialik Hebrew Day School is seeking a visionary and experienced Executive Director of Education to lead our institution in its mission to provide a world-class Jewish education. As the Chief Education Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our educational programs, including curriculum development, teacher training, and student assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive educational strategy that aligns with the School's mission and values
  • Lead a team of educators and administrators to ensure the highest standards of academic excellence
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors to establish and achieve educational goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with local and national educational organizations to promote the School's reputation and interests
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure the effective allocation of resources

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field
  • Proven track record of leadership and management in education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to articulate a clear vision and strategy for the School's educational programs
  • Knowledge of Jewish education and its principles

Preferred Qualifications:
