Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) or Home Support Worker (HSW) to provide overnight care and companionship to seniors in their homes or long-term care facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and support to clients, including awake and resting coverage
  • Assist clients with household tasks, such as light meal preparation and housekeeping
  • Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities
  • Listen, observe, and communicate any concerns or changes in the client's physical, emotional, or environmental condition

Requirements

  • Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Physical ability to meet the demands of the job, including standing, bending, walking, and lifting
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional personal care and customer service
  • Valid First Aid and Level C CPR certification
  • Valid Vulnerable Sector Criminal Check and updated TB Test
  • Proficient verbal and written English communication skills
