Your Qualifications
- A Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy is required.
- Must be a licensed member in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacy.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail pharmacy is essential.
Position Overview
The Pharmacy Operations Manager is accountable for the daily administration, strategic planning, and overall functions of the pharmacy and retail area.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure annual renewal of pharmacy licenses.
- Manage the pharmacy budget and oversee expenditures.
- Schedule and supervise staff to maintain high morale and minimize turnover.
- Perform other pharmacy-related tasks as necessary.
Interview Process
Candidates may be invited to participate in a mix of telephone, virtual, and in-person interviews.

Compensation:
$48.00 per hour, with expected hours per week. Additional compensation includes bonus pay.
