Responsibilities encompass attending community gatherings, aiding in job advertisements, offering support to Indigenous candidates, and organizing orientation sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend community gatherings and events
- Assist in job advertisements and candidate qualifications
- Provide support to Indigenous candidates throughout the application process
- Aid in the selection of candidates
- Organize orientation sessions for new hires
- Identify and address barriers to employment
Essential Behavioral Competencies:
