Job Title: Real Estate Appraiser

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Appraiser to join our team at Ram Appraisals Ltd.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for appraising the value of properties and buildings, preparing reports for lending agencies, insurance companies, government departments, courts, attorneys, and creditors. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Criminal record check
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing high-quality appraisal services to our clients. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent results.
