Ram Appraisals Ltd. is seeking a skilled Real Estate Appraisal Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our appraisal team, you will be responsible for appraising the value of properties and buildings, preparing reports for lending agencies, insurance companies, government departments, courts, attorneys, and creditors, as well as buyers or auctioneers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appraise the value of properties and buildings
  • Prepare appraisal reports for various stakeholders
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to determine property values
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • 30 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
