Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Technician to join our team at Allamani Technical Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance
    • Install and configure telecommunications equipment and networks
    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing systems
  • Network Troubleshooting
    • Diagnose and resolve issues with telecommunications networks and equipment
    • Identify and report potential network security vulnerabilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
    • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and resolve issues
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed
    • Prepare and submit reports on network performance and issues
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
    • 1-2 years of experience in telecommunications installation and maintenance
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong knowledge of telecommunications equipment and networks
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
