Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Specialist to join our team at Allamani Technical Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain telecommunications equipment and services, including cable modems and software.
  • Repair and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair equipment faults, and adjust or replace telecommunications equipment as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including completing and maintaining test and service reports.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and be able to distinguish between colours.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 35 hours per week.
