Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Welcome arriving guests and efficiently assign rooms.
  • Reservation Management: Handle group arrivals and departures, including taking, modifying, and canceling reservations.
  • Information Provision: Offer detailed information regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Checkout Procedures: Process guest departures, calculate charges, and manage payment transactions.
  • Inventory Maintenance: Keep track of room availability, reservations, and assignments.
  • Emergency Protocols: Adhere to safety and emergency procedures to ensure guest security.
  • Clerical Tasks: Perform various administrative duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls and relay messages promptly.
  • Special Assistance: Provide support to guests with specific needs.
  • Wake-Up Calls: Contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls.
