Salary Range: $28.118-$35.239 per hour

Position Overview:

The Government of Saskatchewan is looking for an Income Assistance Worker to join the Income Assistance Service Delivery Division. This role involves delivering financial aid and linking clients to essential community support services. Income Assistance Workers collaborate closely with clients to assist them in achieving financial self-sufficiency through tailored and cooperative planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial assistance and resources to clients in need.
  • Conduct assessments to identify client needs and challenges.
  • Develop personalized support plans in collaboration with clients.
  • Facilitate access to community services and resources.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant human services discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in case management and working with a diverse clientele.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and proficiency in computerized systems.
