Loblaw Digital is at the forefront of revolutionizing the online shopping experience for Canadians. As a Senior Product Manager, Advertising Platforms, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our advertising platform to meet the evolving needs of our advertisers and sales & operations teams.

Your Impact

You will have the opportunity to define and evolve our advertising platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to release features that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in product management, technical fluency, and ability to navigate complex stakeholder expectations will be invaluable in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive vision and roadmap for your product portfolio, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and business objectives.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and resolving dependencies with partner teams to deliver results-driven solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on vision and roadmap.
  • Measure success through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue targets, operational efficiencies, feature adoption, and stability.
  • Contribute to the team culture of speed, candor, curiosity, and experimentation, driving innovation and excellence in the retail media product organization.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in advertising technology.
  • A proven track record of iterative building and shipping features, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves to help teams.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed environment, influencing teams to bring alignment and drive results.
  • Solid understanding of agile delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
