Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Software Engineer to join our Text Transformer team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will lead the enhancement of our tooling and workflows through close collaboration with product, design, and machine learning teams. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take on complex engineering challenges in the field of generative AI and leverage the power of technology to bring fairness and accessibility to the legal system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Refine the Front-end of Our AI-Driven Platform: Develop an intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly interface that delivers an exceptional user experience.
  • Engage Throughout the Project Lifecycle: Take full ownership from inception to deployment and subsequent iterations, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to design, implement, and iterate on features and product directions.
  • Design and Develop Interfaces and Integration Architecture: Document technical interface requirements and convert them into technical designs, ensuring a robust and maintainable codebase.
  • Employ Extensive Programming Skills: Utilize multiple languages and frameworks to solve problems, optimize application performance, and ensure a seamless user experience.
Requirements
  • Professional Experience in Software Development: Special focus on modern frontend technologies like TypeScript and React.
  • Strong Proficiency in Modern Frontend Frameworks: Solid understanding of JavaScript, CSS norms, and the Document Object Model (DOM).
  • Eagerness to Lead Projects: Display initiative, creativity, and adept problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering top-quality software solutions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Genuine enthusiasm for collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise.
