We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Software Engineer to join our Legal Operations (LOPS) engineering team at EvenUp. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and enhancing our tooling and workflows, delivering value to our customers and ensuring that personal injury victims receive the rightful compensation they deserve.
Key Responsibilities- Frontend Development: Build and refine the frontend of our AI-driven platform to deliver an intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly interface.
- Project Ownership: Engage actively throughout the project lifecycle, taking full ownership from inception to deployment and subsequent iterations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to design, implement, and iterate on features and product directions.
- Interface Design: Design and develop interfaces and integration architecture, documenting technical interface requirements and converting them into technical designs.
- Technical Expertise: Employ extensive programming skills in multiple languages and frameworks to solve problems, optimize application performance, and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Code Quality: Implement robust, maintainable, well-tested, and reusable code in a modern tech-stack including React, TypeScript, and other technologies.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in software development, with a special focus on modern frontend technologies like TypeScript and React.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks, with a solid understanding of JavaScript, CSS norms, and the Document Object Model (DOM).
- Leadership: Eagerness to lead projects from start to finish, displaying initiative, creativity, and adept problem-solving skills.
- Frontend Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience in crafting engaging frontend interfaces using the latest web technologies, with a proven track record of delivering top-quality software solutions.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise.
- Dynamic Environment: Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments ideally in a startup or similar setting.
