Food Service Operations Manager

The role of a Restaurant Manager at Tim Hortons involves overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Evaluate financial statements to enhance and sustain the profitability of the restaurant.
- Staff Management: Develop work schedules for employees and provide supervision to ensure optimal performance.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new hires to maintain high service standards.
- Inventory Control: Organize and manage stock levels to ensure availability of products.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
This position requires working in a fast-paced setting, often under pressure, while maintaining a positive attitude.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
- Work Hours: Availability to work between 32 to 40 hours per week.
