Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ahmad Shahbaz Sheikh Medicine Professional Corporation.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate Office Operations: Ensure the smooth flow of information and tasks within the office.
- Provide Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and performing data entry.
- Communicate Effectively: Interview patients to obtain case histories and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage Office Supplies: Order and maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Develop Office Procedures: Establish and maintain office routines and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
