Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ahmad Shahbaz Sheikh Medicine Professional Corporation. As a Medical Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Office Operations: Manage the flow of information, maintain filing systems, and ensure the office is running efficiently.
- Provide Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, preparing medical reports, and maintaining confidential medical files.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in procedures and software, and provide guidance on office routines and protocols.
- Order Supplies and Maintain Inventory: Ensure the office has necessary supplies and maintain an accurate inventory.
- Perform Data Entry: Accurately enter and format medical reports and correspondence.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to patient inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical administrative role.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
