The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for leading the Sales and customer service divisions in western Canada. This position entails guiding the teams, formulating sales initiatives, and guaranteeing client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership capabilities, experience in sales budgeting, and a proven ability to foster profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee sales and customer service divisions
  • Formulate sales initiatives and strategic plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance market presence
  • Assess and optimize pricing strategies and product offerings
  • Address client account concerns and billing issues

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline
  • Over 10 years of experience in senior sales management
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-achieving teams

Compensation Package:

  • Base salary range: $165,000 - $180,000
  • Attractive bonus structure and vehicle allowance
