Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit Landscaping Specialist to join our team at SEAL-IT GROUP. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring our properties and client sites are well-manicured and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Cut and maintain grass, rake and collect refuse, and cart and spread topsoil and other materials.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including backhoes, pick-up trucks, and small engine equipment.
  • Lay bricks, stone, or similar materials to provide veneer facing, and shovel cement and other materials into cement mixers.
  • Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, color, and volume.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including wet, damp, noisy, dusty, and hot environments.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
  • Flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, punctuality, and hardworking attitude.
Work Environment

Our team works in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, and performing repetitive tasks. You will be required to work outdoors in various locations, including private residences, commercial sites, and on the road.
