IT Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Building, managing, and monitoring ILI's IT system, troubleshooting errors, and updating and upgrading hardware and software.
- Work with external resources to support IT requirements.
- Responsible for network administration, site IT maintenance and IT system user support.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software and other operating systems.
- Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and proactively implement issues to optimize system efficiency and reliability.
- Work with team members to identify IT needs and implement appropriate solutions.
- Provide technical support to team members, addressing and resolving IT-related problems in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide and seek to continuously improve IT systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Computer technology or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in related field
- Experience with Active Directory, G Suite, and network administration.
- Strong project and management skills.
- The ability to prioritize, be attentive to details, maintain confidentiality, and provide exceptional service is required.
- Ability to work with suppliers and others that may be remote to the site.
- Ability to troubleshoot moderately difficult problems, providing clear alternatives.
- Seeks to implement continuous improvement by defining specific measurable objectives.
- A sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion of projects. Attention to detail along with a commitment to quality and confidentiality.
- Does not require direct supervision.
- Works and effectively communicates at all levels of the company.
- Must have reliable transportation and valid Driver's License.
