Job Title: Transportation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transportation Supervisor to join our team at Access Information Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our transportation specialists and ensuring the efficient execution of our transportation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of transportation specialists to ensure high levels of service, production, and quality metrics are achieved.
  • Create optimized service routes to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery services to our clients.
  • Monitor daily delivery routes for compliance to routing solutions and ensure routing technology is used as designed.
  • Manage scanning platform usage, route ID configurations, exception code usage, and equipment care.
  • Work closely with outsourced vendors to maintain fleet in a prescribed manner and establish proper workflow for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
  • Ensure safety and security procedures are adhered to pursuant to Company Operating Standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 or 4-year college degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience, including hiring, training, writing performance appraisals, and administering the disciplinary process.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in a service industry required.
  • Prior experience with customer interaction is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CDL preferred.
  • Experience leading a multi-stop dispatch management environment and managing drivers in daily route compliance.
  • Experience using mapping software to develop, analyze, and audit driver routes.
  • Ability to adhere to and enforce all security procedures.
