Access Information Management is seeking a skilled Transportation Supervisor to lead our transportation operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective movement of goods and materials across our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of transportation specialists to achieve high levels of service, production, and quality metrics.
  • Develop and implement optimized service routes to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery services to our clients.
  • Monitor daily delivery routes for compliance to routing solutions and ensure the proper usage of routing technology.
  • Manage the scanning platform, including proper usage, route ID configurations, exception code usage, and equipment care.
  • Work closely with outsourced vendors to maintain our fleet in a prescribed manner and establish and manage proper workflow to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements are met.
  • Ensure safety and security procedures are adhered to pursuant to Company Operating Standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 or 4-year college degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience, including hiring, training, writing performance appraisals, and administering the disciplinary process.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in a service industry required.
  • Prior experience with customer interaction is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CDL preferred.
  • Experience leading a multi-stop dispatch management environment and managing drivers in daily route compliance.
  • Experience using "mapping" software to develop, analyze, and audit driver routes.
  • Ability to adhere to and enforce all security procedures.
  • Advanced experience using Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Experience importing and exporting data from various systems.
