Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn, Ottawa East. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Job Summary:

The Guest Service Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of front desk staff, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience. This includes managing the front desk operations, resolving guest complaints, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and a seamless guest experience
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to front desk staff
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
