Job Title: Sales and Distribution Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Distribution Manager to join our team at FEI International Express Manitoba Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Sales and Distribution Manager will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. This role will also involve planning and controlling budget and expenditures, as well as working with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
  • Recruit, organize, train and manage staff
  • Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
  • Provide customer service
  • Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • MS Office and Spreadsheet skills
  • Ability to multitask, accurate, initiative, organized, team player, time management and flexibility
