We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Distribution Manager to join our team at FEI International Express Manitoba Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure the sales team is operating within budget.
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations to ensure effective sales strategies are in place.
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments.
  • Recruit, organize, train and manage staff to ensure the sales team is well-equipped to meet sales targets.
  • Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that products are available to meet customer demand.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
  • Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, Spreadsheet.
  • Area of work experience: Marketing.
  • Area of specialization: E-commerce, Management, Sales, Market research.
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Work under pressure, Work with minimal supervision.
  • Personal suitability: Ability to multitask, Accurate, Initiative, Organized, Team player, Time management, Flexibility.
