Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Lead to strategize and schedule field operations for contract trades.
- Design and enhance maintenance programs while striving for continuous process improvement.
- Assess work requirements and refine job plans to ensure minimal equipment downtime.
- Oversee both short-term and long-term maintenance strategies, preparing job plans with efficiency.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
- Experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Proficient in SAP software and Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Possession of a valid mechanical discipline Journeyperson Certificate.
- A minimum of three years of experience in maintenance planning.
- Required proficiency in SAP.
