Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel General Manager to join our team at Best Western Smiths Falls Hotel. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of hotel staff, including department heads and front-line employees, to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve guest satisfaction, and increase revenue.
- Financial Management: Oversee the hotel's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable stay, by providing exceptional service and amenities.
- Staff Development: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, by providing training, coaching, and opportunities for growth and development.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel management role, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
