Best Western Smiths Falls Hotel is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our hotel operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to drive business growth. Your expertise in human resources planning, financial management, and organizational development will be essential in achieving our goals. In this role, you will also be responsible for representing the hotel in negotiations and other official functions, as well as selecting and developing middle managers and directors. If you have a proven track record of success in hotel operations and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
* Establish objectives for the hotel and formulate or approve policies and programs
* Represent the hotel in negotiations or other official functions
* Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff
* Establish financial and administrative controls

**Requirements:**

* College/CEGEP education
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in hotel operations
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
